What is my primary domain name?
Your primary domain name is the name you chose when you activated your BT Business hosting account.
It’s the key identifier of your hosting package.
- You can use it to access your website and the BT Website Centre
- It will form the basis of your FTP username which you’ll need to upload anything to web space
You can’t change your primary domain name.
