What is the Website Centre and how do I access it?

The BT Website Centre is a console that brings together all the tools and services you need to run and manage a website.

If you have multiple hosting accounts, each one has its own BT Website Centre console.

The features available in the BT Website Centre vary depending on which Web hosting package you have.

Most BT Web hosting tools are accessed via the BT Website Centre's main page. However, some applications (for example, EasySiteWizard) are accessed via additional popup windows.

To access the Website Centre:

  1. Log into Your Account.
  2. Click on the Manage services link at the top of the page. The Manage services page is displayed:

    Manage Services
  3. In the Web Hosting section, click on the Manage Web hosting link:

    Web Hosting

    The following is displayed:

    Manage Web hosting
  4. Click on the Manage link for one of your domain names to access the Website Centre associated with that account. The BT Website Centre opens in a new window:

    Account Details page
  5. Click on the Site Builders, Security, Statistics or Website Management tab to display a list of links on the left of the page.
  6. Click on the required link to display the associated tool. For example, if you click EasySiteWizard, the following is displayed:
