What type of BT hosting account do I have?
All BT Business customers are entitled to 50MB of free web space and also have the option of buying additional web hosting packages: Web Hosting (IBP) and Advanced Web Hosting.
You need to follow the FTP login process appropriate to the web space product type (see below).
Once you have activated your web space or Web hosting account and created a website, you can upload the website to your BT Business web space.
If you built your site using EasySiteWizard you can do this by clicking on the Publish button.
Alternatively, if you built your site using a different software package, you can upload it using an FTP client. There are many FTP clients to choose from. Ensure that you identify the setup details for your Web hosting account prior to your first connection attempt.
