I can't log in to My BT Business Account or my email. What should I do?

Before doing anything find out if we're currently trying to fix any known problems.

If there's no current problems try the below steps:

  1. Are you getting other web pages? - Obvious we know but always worth a check
  2. Using the right details? - These will be in the original emails/letters we sent out
  3. Reset your password - See How do I reset my Your account password?
  4. Try to log in using another web browser - Some common ones include Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer (Microsoft Windows only) & Safari (Apple OSX only)
