If you receive a malicious call, you can trace the call to pass the information to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

To request a trace of the last incoming caller on your telephone, dial 1477 and follow the voice prompts for further instructions.

To request a trace of a caller during the call, press the Recall button on your telephone, dial 1477 and follow the voice prompts for further instructions.

If your telephone does not have a Recall button, you cannot request a trace during the call. Make a trace request after the call has ended.
