What is voicemail forwarding?

Voicemail forwarding enables you to receive your BT voicemail messages as an email so you can listen to your messages when you’re away from your phone. You can have messages sent to up to eight email addresses. Better still, the service is free.

How does it work? Voicemail messages left on your phone number are saved as MP3 audio files and an email is sent to the email address or addresses that you set up notifying you of the message. You can then select the link in the email to listen to your voicemail message..

You can also save and archive your messages so that they can be retrieved at a later date.
