We're really sorry but we've got a problem at the moment in the Bangor area, which means that some of our customers will be having trouble getting online. We're trying to fix the problem as quickly as we can.

We are currently improving the broadband network. This may cause you to experience a temporary loss of service.
If you are having problems connecting we apologise, please switch off your equipment, wait three minutes before switching on your router, restart your computer and try to reconnect.
