Following severe weather in parts of Cumbria, there are serious
service issues in this area.
Due to extensive flooding in the area and the collapse of two bridges,
there are major service problems affecting the following exchanges
Cleator Moor
Harrington
Workington
A large number of PSTN and Broadband services are currently affected.
The prevailing conditions mean that there is restricted access to the
affected areas but our engineers are doing what they can to restore
services as quickly as possible.
Due to the serious nature of the problem, at this time we are unable to
give a time for services to be restored.
We are also receiving high numbers of faults in other parts or the North
of England and Scotland due to the bad weather.
