When do I need to dial the full number?

Most non-geographic numbers, for example, mobile, freephone and special services numbers, require you to dial the full number beginning with 0.

Most geographic numbers (those starting 01 or 02 and related to particular places) allow you to dial only the last part of the number if you are in the same geographical area. However, this does not apply to all numbers. For example, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services may have a geographic number but you may need to dial the full number to contact other local numbers.
