How do I use my MADN or 0800 number as my outbound number?

We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.

To set up your Multiple Appearance Directory Numbers (MADN) or an 0800 number as your outbound Caller Line Identity, please give us a call using the link at the bottom of the page.

This feature can not be set up via the VoIP Portal.

You will need your 056 number and the number that you would like as your Caller Line Identity when you contact us.
