For security reasons, your hub is set with a unique administration password. By default, it's your hub's serial number without the 'r' at the end. You can find your hub's serial number on the sticker on the bottom of your hub.
If you've changed and forgotten your hub's password, you'll have to reset your hub. See how do I reset my BT Business Hub or router?
