What if my bank doesn't pay my Direct Debit payment?

If the Direct Debit request fails due to insufficient funds, we'll re-present the payment request 5 working days later (unless on a OneBill where it will be 14 days later). If the Direct Debit fails for a second time we'll add a late payment charge to your next bill.

If the Direct Debit request fails for another reason, we'll write to you asking that you pay the bill using a different method.
