It's simple to do, but you do need to be a primary user of a BT Connect account.
If you don't have a BT connect account or a log in for My BT Business account, you'll need to sign up.

Now you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into My BT Business account
  2. Select Manage Services
  3. In voicemail forwarding to email select Setup, change email address or cancel
  4. Select your email address
  5. Enter the phone number that has BT 1571 or Call Minder
  6. Enter the email address you want voicemails sent to - here you can add up to 8 addresses, separated by a comma
  7. Select Save changes and set up is almost complete
  8. You'll get a voicemail asking for your consent to forward future voicemail's to the email addresses you've entered
  9. Follow the voicemail instructions to complete the set up
