If you’ve got a new Hub as a replacement for a faulty one, please return the faulty one using the returns envelope sent with the replacement. If you don’t have a returns envelope or you’ve other old equipment you’d like to dispose of, please follow
your local authority’s recycling advice.
Before disposing of your Hub, we recommend you reset it to its default settings – this should remove all your personal settings.
