You can override call diversion, for example, if a manager has diverted all calls to a secretary, it is possible for the secretary to override the divert for important calls.
To override a diversion:
- Press the RECALL button
- Wait for the dial tone
- Dial *60*
- Dial the extension number followed by #
- This feature is unavailable for Featureline Corporate.
- This feature will only work if you are served by a system Y exchange.
