You'll need to know a couple of things before you can add another account: your account number and your bill reference number for a bill less than 9 months old (on the account that you're adding to your profile). You can find this information on the right hand side of your bill.

To add a new account to an existing profile:

  1. If you haven't already done so, log in to My BT Business Account
  2. Click on the link Add missing accounts
  3. Add your account number and bill reference
  4. Once complete you will need to log out and back in to view your new accounts
