You'll need to know a couple of things before you can add another account: your account number and your bill reference number for a bill less than 9 months old (on the account that you're adding to your profile). You can find this information on the right hand side of your bill.
To add a new account to an existing profile:
- If you haven't already done so, log in to My BT Business Account
- Click on the link Add missing accounts
- Add your account number and bill reference
- Once complete you will need to log out and back in to view your new accounts
