The Add or Activate Services section of the VoIP portal has timed out. What should I do?

We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.

If the Add or Activate Services section has timed out:

  • Save any changes to Manage my services.
  • log out and log in to the VoIP Portal to access Add or Activate services again.
