I have calls diverting to a Hosted VoIP line. Why doesn't the caller get sound?

We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.

For the caller to get sound, you need to make sure that Calls are directed to:

  • A single line.
  • The geographic number of the MADN or the Multi Line Hunt Group pilot number.

If you have set Advanced Attendant to direct calls to a line with Find Me Follow Me enabled, the caller will not hear any sound.
