We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.
To set up Music on Hold, follow these steps:
- Log into the VoIP Portal
- Select the Manage my services section.
- Select Music on Hold.
- To upload a sound file, select the Audio library tab.
Music on Hold uses MP3 and WAV sound files.
Music on hold is available for all BT Hosted VoIP customers who signed up on or after 26th October 2009.
