I want to reset a mailbox password in CallPilot Manager. How do I do this?

Whenever a mailbox owner forgets a mailbox password, an administrator must reset it.

There is a Reset Password shortcut to this functionality on the CallPilot Manager Home page. To use it, you need to know the mailbox number.

To reset a mailbox password:

User > User Search

Locate the Security settings.
Click the Reset Mailbox Password button.
Click Save.
