Why do I get a Mailbox locked message? I have Unified Manager.

Your mailbox password has been entered incorrectly the maximum amount of times or expired and not been changed, The default setting is 3 times but will depend on the settings for the Class of Service your mailbox has been given.

All your mailbox administration is done from the CallPilot application which appears on the Unified Manager main menu.

Unified Manager can be accessed using a web browser from a PC connected directly to the BCM or via your local network.

  1. Open your web browser and enter http://***.***.***.***:6800 in the location box and press enter.

    ***.***.***.*** = the TCP/IP address of your BCM System, the default is 10.10.10.1
  2. When the Unified Manger screen has loaded click on CallPilot and log in. The default password is 0000 (four zero's)
  3. At the CallPilot Main menu click on Change/Delete Mailbox, in the Mailbox list click Reset Password on the appropriate mailbox.
