How do I divert my calls to another telephone number (BCM 2.0 only)?

There are 2 ways to divert your calls to another telephone number, see notes below for details.

In either case the Allow redirect setting will have to be set to Yes on the DN (extension) you set the feature up on, if set to No you will get a Denied in admin message when you try to use the feature.

This setting can be found Unified Manager under Services/Telephony services/Terminals & sets/DN number/Highlight Capabilities.

Using the call forward feature 4, will forward all calls from the telephone you set the call forward on, to the number you enter.

To set call forward up:

  1. Press Feature 4
  2. Press intercom followed by the digit used to get an outgoing line e.g digit 9
  3. Enter the number you want call forward to
  4. Press HOLD or OK

To cancel:

  1. Press Feature #4


Using line redirection Feature 84, will redirect the selected line/s on your telephone to the external number you enter.

To use this feature on MUST have the line/s you want to redirect programmed under line buttons on the telephone you use to set this feature up on. e.g line 1,line 2, line 251 etc.

To set the redirect up:

  1. Press Feature 84
  2. Press intercom followed by the digit used to get an outgoing line e.g digit 9
  3. Enter the number you want to redirect to
  4. Press each line button for the lines you want to redirect
  5. Press HOLD or OK

To cancel :

  1. Press feature #84
