Is the ACD Call Waiting Key on an agent set used with Symposium?

No, the call waiting key will not work with Symposium.
The call waiting key monitors ACD queues and Symposium uses skillsets.

The only way to monitor call waiting is through various applications ie; GRTD, Client Real Time Displays etc. Information on this can be found in the Symposium Administration Guide, in the Managing threshold classes chapter.
