How do I track my BT Business order online?

  1. If you haven't already done so, go to Track an order
  2. Enter the order reference
  3. Click on the Track order button


On the Order summary page you'll see:

  • The date you placed your order
  • Your order details
  • The 'expected completion' date (when the service will start)

For full details of your order, you'll need to sign in or enter the postcode. Then by clicking on the product(s) or service(s) you'll be able to see all the order details, like:

  • The current status of your order(s)
  • Your engineer appointment and/or activation date (if applicable)
  • Whether any equipment has been dispatched & the delivery date
  • As well as expected completion date and reference:

Changing your appointment

If you have an engineer appointment, you can change it by clicking on Change
