What does 'capped' mean in relation to BT Business One Plan Traditional?
Capped means that a call does not cost you more than a set amount.
For calls within the UK, this applies to 01, 02 and 03 numbers only. It excludes mobile and non-geographic numbers (0845, 0870, Internet and premium rate numbers) as well as fax and data transmissions. Other call restrictions and fair usage policy apply.
