What are alerts and how can they help me manage my call costs?

Alerts are really good for helping you manage your costs. The way it works is you can ask us to automatically tell you when:

  • your call charges hit a certain level
  • if someone's making calls to Premium Rate numbers
  • if someone's making calls when your office is closed
  • if someone's making really long calls

You can take action to reduce your call costs before you get an unexpectedly high bill.

It's very easy to set up. You just tick some boxes and we send you an email whenever your account hits one of the thresholds that you've set up.
