I have installed my Micro SIM, why can't I access the mobile network?

Once you've correctly installed your Micro SIM, your iPad should show Vodafone in the top left hand corner. If it doesn't, check that Cellular Data is turned on by following the steps below:-

  1. Tap the Settings icon.
  2. Tap Cellular Data from the list on the left hand side.
  3. On the right hand side tap the On/Off slider next to Cellular Data to change to On.
