We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.
If your a Broadband Voice or Hosted VoIP customer using Call Minder for Business VoIP you can retrieve your messages by following the steps below:-
- Dial your land line number from your linked mobile.
If you're using Call Minder for Business VoIP, you'll need to dial your 056 Broadband Voice or Hosted VoIP number to retrieve your messages.
- After Call Minder answers, press S (there’s no need for the remote access PIN here).
- You’ll then be at the beginning of your messages.
