I currently receive a paper-free bill, how can I change to receive a paper bill?

If you're currently getting a paper-free bill and would prefer a paper bill, that's no problem, though the Paper Bill Fee* will start to apply. You'll need to contact us on 0845 600 6156 and say, when prompted, "Billing" and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.
