This product is for use by BT customers in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland on a PC configured with the "Regional and Language Options" set to the standard "English (United Kingdom)" default settings.
Download the latest BT Analyst software now.
There are two options - a self extracting .exe and a .zip file. If your company firewall does not permit the downloading of .exe files please select the .zip file.
Once you've downloaded to a temporary folder, you'll only need to double click on the .exe file. This will begin the installation/upgrade process. If you're an existing user, make sure all files are backed up before starting the upgrade.
Once downloaded to a temporary folder, extract the files to this folder using a program such as Winzip. Having extracted the files, double click on the "setup.exe" file which will begin the installation procedure. If you're an existing user, make sure all files are backed up before starting the upgrade.
