This may be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Your website may not yet be live. Your website designer will have sent an email requesting your sign-off, so respond to this email if you're happy for your website to go live.
  2. Your website domain (or address) is not managed by BT but managed by another company. Your website designer will have sent an email containing instructions which you need to send to the company that manages your domain. These instructions are to update the 'A records' for your domain (or website address) so that your domain points to your new BT website.
  3. Check that you are connected to the internet! It’s very easy to sometimes be disconnected and not realise. If you can browse to other websites then you are connected.
