Can I change my BT Business My Account username?

No, sorry, you can’t change your username.

But you can set up a new username if you have an email address that you can use (you can’t use the same email address that you’re already using for your original online account). If you do this, you'll have to start from scratch, adding all of your billing accounts to your new online profile.
