I don’t seem to be getting any emails from BT?

If you aren't receiving any emails from us, maybe we've got your email address wrong.

You'll need to log into My BT Business account and check your Primary email address in Personal details and change it if you need to.

Don't forget that they could have gone into your junk mail too; that’s also worth checking.  If they have, then mark our email address as ‘Not junk’ and that'll stop the problem.
