Tracking your broadband order

Once you've placed your broadband order where a router/hub is part of the package, you can expect to receive the new equipment 24 hours prior to the agreed appointment for the broadband activation.

At this point, the order tracking reference will be generated (you will receive an email with the details) so that you can track your order via Royal Mail or Parcel Force on bt.com.

In the meantime, you can track your order online:

  1. Simply go to www.bt.com/orderstatus
  2. Enter your order reference number
  3. Then click 'track its delivery'
  4. If asked, enter your post code (for your installation or billing address). Or, log in with your My BT Business account details

We'll use either Royal Mail or Parcel Force. If you're not in when they come, they'll put a card through the letterbox - this will contain the depot details.

You'll be able to pick up your router from your local depot or post office. Just remember to take the card with you. Be quick, you only have 10 working days to collect it (this is standard royal mail policy).
