If you're having problems signing in to online billing it may be because you are using Internet Explorer 11.
We're really sorry but there are some compatibility issues with this browser and our website. To fix this:

- In Add this website: type in bt.com and click Add
- Click Close
- Now open www.bt.com/billing
You should now be able to navigate round the website with no issues.
