To buy extra back-up storage capacity for your Mozy Backup service, you'll need to upgrade your Mozy Backup licence:
- Sign in to BT Business Apps using your username (e.g. email@example.com) and password.
- On MyApps page, you'll find a logo for Mozy Backup: click on the small 'wheel' on the top right of the logo and select Manage App.
- Select the Update Subscription tab.
- Choose the total back-up capacity you need, and select the contract length you want (30 days, 1 year, 2 years).
- Click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
- As soon as you're done, we'll send you an email confirming the changes you've made and the new back-up capacity will be in place.
