How do I change to paper-free billing?

If you want to change to paper-free billing, you'll need to have an online account with us.

If you already manage your billing online:

  1. Sign in to Billing & Payments
  2. On the left, select Go paper free (under Tasks)
  3. In Bill Medium, click Switch to paper-free
  4. Confirm you accept the terms and conditions
  5. Click Save

If you do not yet manage your billing online:

  1. Register at My BT Business Account Sign Up
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts
  3. When you get to Bill Medium, click Switch to paper-free
  4. Confirm you accept the terms and conditions
  5. Click Save

Your billing and payment details should be available within five days.
