How can I see what calls have been made on my bill?

Your recent calls (those that have been made on your account since we produced your last bill) are easy to find.

  1. Log in to Billing & payments.
  2. Click on the account that you want to look at.
    If you can't see your account, it'll be because you haven't associated it to your profile yet. Add your account now.
  3. Click View bill to go to the BT Business bill: summary page.
  4. Click the Usage tab to see a list of your itemised calls (if you have no usage then you won't see the tab).
