We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.
You can only order a geographic number if you have an existing Broadband Voice account.
Geographic numbers can only be ordered online via the VoIP portal.
To order a geographic number:
- Log in to VoIP Portal.
- From the left-hand navigation, select Manage your lines.
- Follow the instructions on the page to select your preferred area code. The prices and options available for your geographic numbering are displayed.
- Click on the box to accept the Terms of the service.
- Click on confirm to submit your order.
We will send you an email when we have allocated your Geographic number.
