How do I reset a user password for a BT Hosted VoIP line?

We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.

To reset a user password:

  1. Log into the VoIP Portal
  2. Select the Add or Activate services section.
  3. Select the Manage your lines link to display the Manage your lines page.
  4. Select the name of the line you want to change the password for, to display the Line settings page.
  5. Select the Password link.
  6. Enter the new password.
  7. Click Continue.
