We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.
To reset a user password:
- Log into the VoIP Portal
- Select the Add or Activate services section.
- Select the Manage your lines link to display the Manage your lines page.
- Select the name of the line you want to change the password for, to display the Line settings page.
- Select the Password link.
- Enter the new password.
- Click Continue.
