We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.

To change the PIN you use to access your line settings:

  1. Log into the VoIP Portal.
  2. Select Add or Activate services.
  3. Select Manage your lines.
  4. Select the name of the line you want to change to see it's Line settings page.
  5. Select PIN.
  6. Enter the new PIN.
  7. Select Continue and follow the on screen steps.
