We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.
To change a line name:
- Log into the VoIP Portal.
- Select the Add or Activate services section.
- Select the Manage your lines link.
- Select the name of the line you want to change, to display its Line settings page.
- Select the Line name link.
- Enter the new line name.
- Select the Continue button.
The line name is updated.
The new VoIP Portal replaces Webcare. When you first log in you will need to reset any line names that you have set up in the Webcare portal.
