We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.

If you cannot hear a dial tone when you attempt to use BT Business Broadband Voice, a power outage may have caused a lapse in service.

Reboot your router by turning it off at the power supply and wait 30 seconds before restarting the router.
