If a network is available, the network’s button on the main BT Access Manager dialog is displayed in green, for example:

Network available icon

If a network may be available but BT Access Manager is unable to connect to it, the network’s button is displayed in amber, for example:

Unable to connect icon

This means that further information may be required to connect to the selected network. Place your cursor over the network button for more information.

If a network is unavailable, the network’s button is displayed in red, for example:

Network unavailable icon

This means that BT Access Manager is unable to make a connection. This may be due to the selected network not being supported by your mobile data access card, network coverage is not available or a hardware device is not present, for example, no mobile data card. Place your cursor over the network button for more information.
