We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.

You can manage your BT Broadband Voice account online:

  • Manage your lines & calling plans - to customise your Broadband Voice package.
  • View Online Billing and pay your bills online - also see itemised calls made up to midnight last night.

Follow these steps to sign up or log in:

  1. Log into the VoIP Portal.
  2. Select Add or Activate services.
  3. Select Calls & billing.
  4. Click on Sign up now. This will take you to the main Manage your BT phone lines & Internet services page.
  5. Click Sign up and follow the steps on screen.

If you have already signed up for Online Billing:

  1. Follow steps 1 to 3 above.
  2. Click Log in for steps 4 and 5.
