We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.
You can manage your BT Broadband Voice account online:
- Manage your lines & calling plans - to customise your Broadband Voice package.
- View Online Billing and pay your bills online - also see itemised calls made up to midnight last night.
Follow these steps to sign up or log in:
- Log into the VoIP Portal.
- Select Add or Activate services.
- Select Calls & billing.
- Click on Sign up now. This will take you to the main Manage your BT phone lines & Internet services page.
- Click Sign up and follow the steps on screen.
If you have already signed up for Online Billing:
- Follow steps 1 to 3 above.
- Click Log in for steps 4 and 5.
