We’re withdrawing our Broadband Voice and Hosted VoIP services from 1st December 2017, but we’ve still got plenty of cloud-based business phone systems to choose from.
First time user?
You will need your BT Broadband Voice number or any telephone number from your business group and your initial password. These were provided in your activation emails:
- Access the VoIP Portal
- Enter your BT Broadband Voice number, or business group telephone number, in the Telephone number field.
- Enter your initial password in the Password field.
- Select log in to display the Administration overview. This provides full access to all account settings for the business group.
