What should I do if my BT Wi-fi service isn't working?

You can check if your BT Wi-fi service is turned on via the BT Business Hub's web interface. To do this:

Using a BT Business Hub 3:-

  1. Open your web browser and browse to http://btbusinesshub.home to open the Hub Manager.
  2. Check the Home tab to see if BT Wi-fi is active.
  3. If it's not activated click Activate service.
  4. When prompted, enter the admin password and click OK.
  5. Click Enable.

Using a BT Business Hub:-

  1. Open a web browser and go to http://home or http://gateway.2wire.net
  2. Click on the BT Openzone Quick Service Link on the right hand side of the page
  3. Check to see if the status button is marked Enable.
  4. Click Enable.

The status shows as pending until this process has completed and can take up to 24 hours.

Note: Older hubs don't support BT Openzone / BT Wi-fi, in which case you won't see any settings to Enable/Disable it.
