I have reset or reconfigured my hub and now the BT Wi-fi service isn't working?

You should check to see if the BT Wi-fi service status is disabled via the BT Business Hub's web interface. If it's disabled, you should wait at least 24 hours following the reset or reconfiguration as it's possible that the service has not yet been reactivated.
